Super Committee cant be bi-partisan
This just in Republicans and Democrats in the debt Super committee just found out that they can’t be bi-partisan! Many Democrats believe that this is a clear example of the Republican party playing politics, while many Republicans believe this is a clear cut example of the Democrats playing politics. So with many of us Americans at the edge our seats we will have to continue to slide down further off it until they can reach some kind of an agreement on a debt solution.
This story may not come as a shocker to most Americans about the inability for politicians to coexist although it seemed to be for them. But with that being said, setting up a process to cut over 15 trillion in debt is no easy task. Doing so means cuts must be made to special interest groups and also the people that get you elected. I by far would not like the job of deciding who gets cut and who stays, knowing I may hurt the very person/group who provides the butter for my toast.
“After months of hard work and intense deliberations, we have come to the conclusion today that it will not be possible to make any bipartisan agreement available to the public before the committee’s deadline,” Stated by the Super Committee co-chairs.
So while many Americans struggle to make ends meet, Millionaire politicians look out for their party’s, special interest, and vote security. This is almost like the lottery slogan “Somebody is gonna win, might as well be you!” But in this case its “Somebody is gonna lose, and its sure as hell not gonna be me. Also this leaves one to wonder why their so “super!”
